End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and alazaan.com (USA). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software/mobile application (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install, copy, or use this software and or mobile application.

Disclaimer Of Warranty.

This software and mobile application is provided without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software and or mobile application is borne by you. Should this software and or mobile application prove defective, you alone assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

             Scope.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; from distributing the software/mobile application and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission. You MUST obtain written permission to duplicate and distribute the software/mobile application and its documentations.

Title.

Ownership rights and intellectual property rights for this software/mobile application shall remain with alazaan.com (USA) and/or its suppliers. The software/mobile application is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

Termination.

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of this software/mobile application.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

THIS SOFTWARE/MOBILE APPLICATION AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THIS APPLICATION MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PROGRAM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL alazaan.com (USA) OR ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, VENDORS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL alazaan.com (USA) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
